Điều kiện:
- Ứng viên cho học bổng này phải là sinh viên đã tốt nghiệp ĐH loại khá/giỏi các ngành khoa học xã hội/truyền thông/ thông tin/thư viện/tin học/kỹ thuật.
- IELTS từ 6,5 điểm hoặc TOEFL từ 600 điểm (TOEFL vi tính từ: 250 điểm).
